Sarah McConnell

I specialize in providing comprehensive psychological evaluations for a range of concerns including learning disorders (such as reading specific or mathematics specific disorders) ADHD, autism spectrum disorders, and other social-emotional concerns. Evaluations are customized for each client based on their needs, concerns, and goals. I also provide gender affirming evaluations and letters. Through individual therapy, we can work together to help you live life in a way that is meaningful for you. The therapeutic relationship is critical to successful therapy, and we will work together to build this relationship. Beyond this, we can work on helping you build skills to better manage distress, explore aspects of your identity, and work on increasing your confidence to navigate stressful situations long after our work ends. Specific areas I specialize include neurodiversity (includuign autism and ADHD), stress, anxiety, depression, other environmental stressors including those related to significant life events or trauma.
